Our patient in her late 30’s wanted perkier, more voluminous breasts. We performed a mastopexy-augmentation for her, giving her 325 cc moderate profile, gummy bear implants as well as a Wise-pattern, anchor scar breast lift. This is 4 months after surgery!
Our patient in her early 30’s disliked her sagging breasts. She wanted to lift her nipples and fill her breast volume. We performed a mastopexy-augmentation with 355 cc moderate profile plus silicone breast implants and gave her a Wise-pattern, anchor scar breast lift. This is 4 months after surgery!
Our patient in her 40’s wanted fuller and perkier breasts, especially after the sagging caused by having kids. Our patient in her 20’s was unhappy with her asymmetric and sagging breasts. Her condition is also known as “tuberous breast” deformity with some overgrowth (hypertrophy) of the right breast. We placed a 235cc smooth, round high profile silicone implant underneath the muscle through a vertical mastopexy incision on her right side. On her left side, we placed a 265cc smooth, round high silicone profile implant underneath the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.
We then performed a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) on her right side and a circumareolar (aka "donut") mastopexy on her left side. She also had liposuction of the abdomen and back to help remove fat from mainly her upper abdominal rolls. This is roughly 3 months after surgery.
